Staff and location were superb, overall the hotel was enchanting and fairly clean.

Everything was simply very clean. Attentive staff, generous breakfast, had a real good stay overall with rooms.

Quaint little and clean place with immensely pleasant staff who do n't know the meaning of good old English customer service. Spectacular setting in the beautiful area, near the waterfall and beautiful Ullswater.

Staff and food are very good, I really enjoyed exceptionally comfortable bed. The restaurant is pleasant for dinner and fairly priced. Overall really great stay in a long time

Excellent value for money, cheap place. The bonus was convenient room decor and great bar. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the small garden.

Its atmosphere and staff were fab. Also, I loved how picturesque the location was.

This hotel met what was needed in every way, recommend. Everything here was excellent, and the weather was fine, appreciated it. In the morning I had freshly made fresh fruit, bacon, porridge, scrambled eggs and cheese.

The service was excellent, nonetheless some people working there were very unpleasant.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was fab close to aire force waterfalls. The room was functional, and inviting. The English bar was cosy!

Accommodation was well-kept and neat, rooms were unique.

The place was low-budget and fairly clean. The staff were obliging, the breakfast I had was warm. The English bar was good and the drinks were hot.

And it also had lovely view. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

All was clean, I appreciated outstanding stuff and rooms. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. It was warm, best bathroom. The early check-in too. The stay at this well-organized hotel was an excellant one.

Ideal location, excellent value for money, hardworking staff, ENJOYABLE breakfast. The units are calm, reasonably spacious.

Always fairly clean place with very, very nice staff and picturesque location. Full English breakfast, perfect food. Services were extraordinary too. We didn't find any problems with using WiFi throughout the property.

Nice place for discovering Dockray. The bed was comfy and there was Wi Fi. Downstairs bar in the hotel...

No complaints whatsoever, we will certainly stay here again if in Dockray. Room was very good value for money. In addition, the free parking was handy. Right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

Excellent place for 2 nights. Comfortable beds, good location, helpful staff. In fact, the free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top. A wide array of decent food, we liked it.

superb bar area. we could see aira force from our window. it is close to the airport.

A holiday base for exploring Dockray.
